You must be at least 13 years old to use Avelis. By using the software, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent where applicable. Avelis is intended for users who understand the risks of third-party script execution.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Avelis for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or modify the executor without explicit permission. Any attempt to bypass security or tamper with Avelis’s core functionality violates these Terms.
You are solely responsible for any scripts you execute using Avelis. Avelis does not condone malicious activities, including but not limited to: distributing malware, exploiting vulnerabilities in games to harm others, or violating Roblox's Community Standards. Misusing the executor may result in account bans from third‑party platforms. We are not liable for any penalties, suspensions, or bans issued by Roblox or any online service.
AVELIS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXECUTOR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VULNERABILITIES. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Avelis developers or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, game progress, account termination, or hardware failure arising out of your use or inability to use the executor. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so this may not apply fully to you.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Avelis at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be revised; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Avelis immediately, without notice, for any conduct that we deem violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete any copies.
All trademarks, logos, and branding related to Avelis belong to their respective owners. Roblox, its logos, and related assets are property of Roblox Corporation. No endorsement or partnership is implied. Any code or design assets unique to Avelis remain the property of the development team.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the development team is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of Avelis shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court as determined by us.
